Shipping & Delivery Policy

NV Sports sells only digital products and services. Nothing is physically shipped, and no delivery address or shipping charge applies to any purchase.
1. No physical goods
We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical product. There are no shipping fees, courier charges, customs duties or delivery timelines to consider, and we never ask for a delivery address.
2. What you receive, and when

3. How to access what you bought
- Subscriptions — open the creator’s profile and go to the exclusive tab. Content for the plan you bought unlocks automatically. Your active subscriptions are listed under Settings.
- Event tickets — open “My Tickets” in the app. Show the QR code at the venue for entry. Each attendee on a booking has their own ticket.
- Verification — the badge appears on your profile once our team approves your application. We notify you of the outcome either way.
4. If delivery fails
If your payment succeeded but access did not appear, first close and reopen the app to refresh your account. If it still has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact info@credsport.com with your transaction reference. We will either restore access or refund you in full — see our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
5. What you need
Because everything is delivered in-app, you need the NV Sports app installed on a supported device, an active internet connection, and to be signed in to the account that made the purchase. Purchases are tied to your account, not to a device, so they follow you if you sign in elsewhere.
