1. Definitions

• Platform — the NV Sports mobile application, this website and our related services.
• Creator — a verified athlete account that can publish subscriber-only content and host events.
• Subscriber — a user who has purchased a creator’s subscription plan.
• Content — anything posted on the Platform, including photos, videos, captions, comments and messages.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform, and at least 18 to make a payment or receive a payout. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s involvement.
• You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. One person may hold one account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Creator verification

Becoming a verified creator is optional and requires a one-time review fee: ₹1,299 for standard review within 7 working days, or ₹2,499 for express review within 2 working days.

• The fee pays for the review itself. It does not guarantee approval, and we may decline an application where credentials cannot be substantiated.
• Submitting forged or misrepresented documents will result in rejection without refund and may lead to permanent removal from the Platform.
• We may revoke a verified badge if we later find the credentials behind it were false.

4. Subscriptions

• Creators set their own subscription prices and durations. Every plan is reviewed and approved by us before it can be sold.
• A subscription is a fixed-term purchase, not a recurring subscription. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again. Access ends when the term expires unless you choose to buy again.
• A subscription unlocks only the content the creator has assigned to that specific plan. If a creator offers several plans, buying one does not unlock the others.
• What a creator publishes, and how often, is at their discretion. We do not guarantee any minimum volume or frequency of content on any plan.
• If a creator’s account is removed for breaching these terms, we will deal with affected subscribers as set out in our refunds policy.

5. Events and tickets

• Events are organised, hosted and run by individual creators, not by us. The organiser is solely responsible for the event taking place as advertised.
• Organisers define their own ticket tiers, prices and capacity.
• When booking for more than one person, you must provide accurate details for every attendee. Each attendee receives their own ticket and may be asked to identify themselves at the venue.
• Tickets are personal to the named attendees and may not be resold for profit.
• We act as a booking and payment facilitator. Claims about the event itself lie against the organiser, though we will help you contact them.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups for the period described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or that harasses or threatens anyone.
• Post sexually explicit material, or any content involving minors in a sexualised way.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your athletic record or affiliations.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
• Redistribute, record, screenshot or resell subscriber-only content outside the Platform.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls or subscription gating.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Platform or collect data.
• Spam, phish, distribute malware, or interfere with the Platform’s operation.
• Sell tickets for events you have no authority to run, or list events that do not exist.

We may remove content, suspend features or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and will cooperate with law enforcement where an offence may have been committed.

8. Moderation and reporting

Users can report content and block other users from within the app. We review reports and act on them at our discretion. We do not pre-screen every post, but we remove content that breaches these terms once we become aware of it.

9. Fees, taxes and payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• You must use a payment method you are authorised to use.
• We may change our fees at any time. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase already completed.

10. Our intellectual property

The NV Sports name, logo, app, website and underlying software belong to NVSPORTS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform. They do not transfer any ownership to you.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades or to address a security issue, and will give notice where reasonably practical.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for loss of profit or data, for content posted by other users, or for the conduct of a creator or event organiser. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app’s settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, any unused fixed-term subscription you hold is handled under our refunds policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panipat- 132103, Haryana. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved without formal proceedings.
